Q) When will my order be processed?
When your order is received, it will be processed within
1 business day.
Q) How long will it take for my order to
ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation
will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping
confirmation will then be sent to that same email address
upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped
within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between
7-14 business days depending on location and selected ship
method.
Q) My order should have arrived by now.
What should I do?
If you entered a password at the time that you placed your
order, simply provide your information in the order tracking
section above. Otherwise, please contact BRITA® Authorized
Online Store and we'll be happy to track your order.
Q) How do I know if I am ordering on a
secure site?
BRITA® Authorized Online Store encrypts your personal information,
such as your credit card number, when transmitting over the
Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you
will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page.
Q) What are you going to do with my name
and order information?
BRITA® Authorized Online Store does not rent or sell any personal
information from Web orders or any off-line orders to third

Q) Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Q) How do I return a product that I purchased
on-line?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Indicate
the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, secure
the package and mail to:

We'll credit the value of the item and any taxes you were
charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
BRITA® Authorized Online Store ships most in stock orders
to the U.S., Canada and APO addresses only.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties.
The BRITA® Authorized Online Store is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.
Additionally, when ordering from the BRITA® Authorized Online Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
